异源核酸(XNA)替代天然核酸做为遗传物质的可能性探讨,及以其为基础的核酸药物和诊断试剂开发;新颖化学工具和方法的开发以及其在药物化学、化学生物学和合成生物学中的应用等。

梅辉,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院副研究员。北京大学药学学士,北京大学化学生物学硕士,德国奥斯纳布吕克大学博士,美国斯坦福大学化学系博士后。研究成果以第一作者发表在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nucleic Acids Res., ChemComm, Biomacromolecules等国际专业学术期刊。
